FRAMEWELL Door fiberalass doors combine safety and durability, crafted with meticulous design to enhance the harmonious aesthetics of your home. This warranty applies within the United States, covering
all factory finish applied by FRAMEWELL Door onto FRAMEWELL Door door slabs and systems purchase from Tenglong Door since May 10, 2025. Previous products manufactured before this date will remain apply under prior warranty timeline. For more detailed information, including maintenance guidance, installation instructions, and ways to submit a warranty claim, please follow attached document in FRAMEWELL Door website or contact us directly. Please note that this warranty does not cover door hardware such as locks, thresholds and hinges, as they are covered by a separate warranty.
We warrant to the first purchaser that the finish on FRAMEWELL Exterior Fiberglass Door and sidelights will be free from defects in material and workmanship that could render the door sunsuitable for their intended normal and recommended use and service. FRAMEWELL Door Co.Ltd ( “ FRAMEWELL Door” ) warrants this product solely to the initial purchaser for personal use or to the original purchaser of the property where the door is installed, not for resale purposes. This warranty is effective when FRAMEWELL Door products installed and maintained in accordance with correct practices and located in the continental United States. IMPORTANT: This warranty only applies to warranty offered by FRAMEWELL Door, and cannot be transferred. Neither dealers, distributors, nor representatives of FRAMEWELL Door have the authority to alter or extend this warrant.
Exclusions for Factory Finished Exterior fiberglass doors
FRAMEWELL Door Limited provides a 5-year warranty for the factory-applied finish used on the surface of FRAMEWELL Door Exterior Finished Fiberglass Doors, starting from the date that original owner purchase from FRAMEWELL Door. FRAMEWELL Door promises products we offer maintain good material quality and workmanship during this period. Also, products are free from defects that could render the doors unsuitable for their intended normal and recommended use. We are responsible for the door
panel and its system, so additional defects that are not caused by manufacture process will be excluded from the warranty coverage. What will make warranty void are listed as below:
1. Pre-finished doors and sidelights that are not installed by FRAMEWELL Door, including door inserts.
2. Any modification to the product, such as changing the size of the door or sidelight or applying other finishing materials or top coats to over the original finish.
3. lssues related to the surface caused from wrong installation, storage and transfer methods.
4. Damage resulting from the settling of walls or foundations, or from insufficient overhangs.
5. Color fading of the product on the door or sidelight.
6. Glass breakage or damage for any reason, and issues related to the appearance of a glass panel.
7. Rusting, metal deterioration, or the appearance of wrought iron, including screws attached to wrought iron.
8. Damage beyond FRAMEWELL Door's control, such as those caused by natural disasters like fire flood, earthquake, hurricane, storm, tornado, or other acts of nature. Additionally, damages resulting from water penetration due to pressurized water application from a water hose or sprinkler systems are not covered.
9. This warranty also does not cover breakage on door due to installation of a storm door alongside the FRAMEWELL Door fiberglass door.
Warranty Claim Process and Remedial Options
Warranty claims must be submitted within the 5 years from the original purchase date and must follow the warranty procedure.Warranty claims will not be processed until the warranted product has been fully paid for, Upon validation, the actions we guarantee to takeare listed below:
Provide a refund of the price paid by first purchaser for the FRAMEWELL Door factory-applied finish, or refund $75 for each door or sidelight slab, whichever is lower, or Offer a refinish tool to the warranty holder, such as a touch-up kit or touch-up pen. Please note that color matching is not guaranteed.
The purchaser is responsible for all freight costs associated with a warranty claim, including the transport of a new product or new replacement materials from the warehouse. Replaced products are covered under the same terms and for the remaining duration of the warranty period.
THIS WARRANTY SERVES AS THE PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY UNDER ANY CLAIM OR LEGAL THEORY. ANY WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE DESCRIBED SHALL BE VOID. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXCLUDED. FRAMEWELL DOOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT,OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO LABOR COSTS OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BREACH OF WARRANTY OR NEGLIGENCE. FRAMEWELL WILL NOT COVER EXPENSES FOR LABOR, INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, HANDLING, OR ANY REPLACEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL DOOR OR GLASS PANEL. EXTRA COSTS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A DOOR OR GLASS PANEL ARE ALSO NOT COVERED AND ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL FILING THE WARRANTY CLAIM.
This warranty is effective from May 10, 2025.
