Shipping Information

Fast & Free Shipping
All FRAMEWELL orders ship free of charge from our U.S. warehouses located in Buford, GA (2105 Buford Highway, Buford, GA 30518), Corona, CA (2571 Sampson Ave, Corona, CA 92879), and other regional facilities. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–8 business days depending on your location.
Complete Door Packages
Each order includes the entire door system—door slab, frame, sill, hinges, and installation hardware—securely packaged for protection during transit.
Delivery Method
Orders are shipped directly to your specified street address via trusted domestic carriers. For residential deliveries, curbside drop-off may apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships so you can monitor the delivery progress in real time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your FRAMEWELL purchase. If you need to return or exchange your order, please review the following terms:
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • All components (door frame, slab, sill, hardware, etc.) must be included.

  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
    Exchange Fees

  • Exchanges for 6'8" (80-inch) doors incur a 25% restocking fee.

  • Exchanges for 8-foot doors incur a 30% restocking fee.
    Refund Deductions
    For non-quality-related returns, certain handling or restocking fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
    Return Shipping
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified product defect or shipping damage.
    Refund Processing
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. FRAMEWELL will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
